What is live, what is not, and what a pending recognition actually is. Written to be read in five minutes.
SpinWave is becoming a scholarly repository: scholars upload manuscripts and datasets, and the clever recognize their own — in SPIN. Readers will pay SPIN to browse and license data. That is the whole economy, and it is deliberately simple.
The repository opens in Phase 1. Until then, any recognition recorded for scholars is pending — counted, not paid. Reader licensing follows in Phase 2. Amounts are always counted in SPIN, never in dollars. We do not promise what a token is worth; we only promise to keep the books straight.
Pending means reserved, not paid. Nothing has been sent to you and nothing is held in an account in your name. It is not a balance and is never shown as one.
The form and timing of recognition are set by the terms published when Phase 1 opens — not by anything written before. If Phase 1 never opens, pending recognition has no value.
This list is generated from the same configuration that drives every status label on this site — the page cannot say one thing here and another elsewhere.
The SPIN token is live on Base. The contract address is published on the Token page — and nowhere else first. Treat any address you see elsewhere as fake.
The pool is deployed but has seen no trades. There is, effectively, no market yet.
READ THE TOKEN PAGE →Your trail-mark is derived from your wallet — share it, and the den knows who walked you in. Trail-marks carry recognition, not payment: they mark standing among the clever, never a balance. One walker, one mark.
Connecting a wallet shares two things: your address and your on-chain SPIN balance — that is all we read, and we read it only to show your standing. We never see, ask for, or store anything else. No email is collected on this site.
SpinWave will never ask for a seed phrase or a private key. Scholar recognition and anything claimable in the future happen only on this site, signed in with your own wallet. Messages offering early recognition, bonus SPIN, or “support” are not from us.
